Too Long Don't have time to Read - TLDR;
Yahoo has started experimenting on their mobile webpage with the "Generate Key Takeaways" button. When clicked, a summary of the news article is generated on-demand by the Generative AI model. Note: we have not seen this on the desktop browser webpage.
Benefit: for busy and short attention span people, this is a time-saver. If the summary is attractive, then maybe they will read it.

The webpage uses an LLM to provide contextual help when users click the 'Explain code' button.
The help is not prepared by human in advanced but generated on-demand using LLM.
Unique benefit: No need to copy the command or search the web for an explanation; regularly done by software coder.
For example, a search result typically shows:
Stack Overflow - why using curl | sudo sh is not advised?...
Github - Support curl uv/0.x/install.sh in addition ...
Ask Ubuntu - curl, sh, what do those commands mean?...
Etc...
